[compgeom-announce] the compgeom-announce list is resurrected

Dear compgeom-announce subscribers,

You may have noticed that the compgeom-announce mailing-list has been
down for several weeks, due to a crash of the machine that hosted it,
and following difficulties to make it work again.

The list has now been moved to a hopefully safer place.  The new
alias for the list is:

    compgeom-announce@lists-sop.inria.fr

You can access the archives and various subscription parameters at:

    https://lists-sop.inria.fr/wws/info/compgeom-announce

Some archives of the old list (1998-2005, but 2006 is missing)
can also be accessed at:
