[compgeom-announce] Release of Delaunay mesh generation software DelPSC for piecewise smooth complexes

We are glad to release the Delaunay Mesh Generation software DelPSC. 
This software takes
polygonal approximation of piecewise smooth complexes (PSCs) as input 
and produces a quality Delaunay
mesh while capturing input topology and geometry. PSCs include surfaces 
with or without boundary, volumes
enclosed by them, and non-manifolds. There is no restriction on input 
angles. Input features such as
non-smooth curves and points are preserved in the output mesh. The 
software is implemented with
CGAL 3.2.
